<p>Join caregivers to learn how to regain hope and build resilience when dealing with the challenges of caring for someone with dementia or other cognitive impairment. Learn skills thath can help you navigate your caregiving journey with healing and hope. This 9-session series features videos and discussion based on the groundbreaking book , <em>Loving Someone Who Has Dementia: How to Find Hope While Coping with Stress and Grief </em>by Pauline Boss, PhD, a leading expert on caregiver grief. This series is facilitated by Center volunteer Paul Swearingen and Mary Ann Grobstich, Center Caregiver Community Facilitator. Registration is required by March 1. Limited to 10 participants. Join us for the new 3-session workshop with Ellen Szabo! Ellen has led Journaling workshops for the Center in 2022 and 2023. Space is limited to 12 participants with priority given to new participants. Registration is required by May 2.
