Unlocking Brain Fitness: KEYS to Dementia Prevention

Each week introduces a different “Key” topic: Eat Well, Get Moving, Be Social, Hear Well, Stay Sharp, Sleep Enough, Control Chronic Disease, Build Stress Resilience, Use Right Medications, and Promote Health. In addition to the weekly classes, this program also includes one-on-one meetings with a University of Iowa student health coach to set and track your own individual health goals to plan for continued success after the ten weeks.
