The Chef’s Table: Entree Basics

- Ages 17+
From grilling to braising, duck to lamb, and sauces to chutneys, Entrée Basics will teach students how to prepare three classic high-end entrees. Take all four of The Chef’s Table courses for a discounted tuition by enrolling in the series. Please bring a chef's knife, an apron and tupperware to take you work home.
