The Blue Moose Tap House truly does have something for everyone. On a night-to-night basis, the Blue Moose Tap House provides a full service bar for 21 and over patrons. 24 on tap beers, 2 liter boots filled beer of your choice, a full service jukebox, vintage music posters and handbills, a retro hot-shot basketball game, and homemade tables made from Templeton Rye Whiskey barrels are just some of the factors that make the Blue Moose a must stop spot in Iowa City night life.

The Blue Moose doubles as a exciting dual-stage music venue. The upstairs stage can hold shows with crowds of over 200 people, and the downstairs stage can host shows of up to 600 people. Tickets to many of our shows can be found on midwestix.com. All-ages shows at the Blue Moose include any show that ends before 10pm, generally these shows will begin at 6 or 7pm. Any show that is not indicated as all ages is by default for ages 19 and over. There will be a variety of shows of both the all-ages and late night variety so stay posted!
