Coldwell Banker Hedges Apprentice Night
<ul type="disc"><li>Considering a career change? Does controlling your own work schedule sound appealing? Interested in running your own business?</li><li><br></li></ul><p>The Coldwell Banker Hedges Realty Apprentice Program is a unique “launch-pad” to a successful career in real estate. Those selected as an Apprentice are awarded a one-year salary of <strong>$50,000</strong>, which provides Apprentices with financial security as they start building a career in real estate.</p><p>Apprentice Night is a commitment-free, fun one-hour event. Anyone interested in a career in real estate can meet current Realtors, learn the ins and outs of working in real estate, and hear about the advantages of working at Coldwell Banker Hedges Realty.</p><p>Only one attendee of each “Apprentice Night” is selected as the “Apprentice.” Other applicants will be chosen to join our company as Independent Contractor Agents and will be reimbursed the cost of getting a real estate license.</p> 2020-12-16 20:00:00 -0600

<p>To keep the very fabric of time itself from unwinding, Trav Becker must track down a killer before he becomes the next victim… again.</p><p>The Traveler Trilogy is a mind-bending sci-fi thriller that follows police detective Trav Becker in his desperate search to catch a killer attacking different versions of Trav and his friends along the continuum of different parallel realities.</p><p>But as fanciful as the plot of the Traveler books is, the action takes place in some very familiar locations to local readers, like the Paramount Theatre, New Bo, even the UI’s Van Allen Hall. Gryls Night Out: Peyote Bracelet with Peanut Beads
<p>Learn the peyote stitch, a fundamental off loom weaving technique used in many projects in contemporary beading magazines and books. Participants will create a bracelet with peanut beads, which is like making something two layers thick with only one layer of actual beading. The bracelet is a substantial piece of jewelry that looks great on your wrist. Learn how to finish an edge and add a clasp. No previous experience is necessary. Instructor: Karen Kubby.</p><p>Registration is $68 and includes all materials and instruction. Register in person, via phone at 319 338-1566, or on-line.</p><p>During the COVID-19 recovery period, classes are limited to 6 people on a first come first served basis via paying the registration fee. Face coverings must be worn during class and participants will be spaced at least 6 feet from each other. Tools will not be shared and will be cleaned before and after use.
