Design a Dazzling Herringbone Bracelet
<p>Learn or hone your tubular herringbone skills to create this slightly undulating bracelet. Join the expert Beadologists at Beadology Iowa to learn to stitch various sizes of beads and colors to accentuate the ins and outs of the pattern! Your beading will go faster than you think, as you will be stitching two beads at a time. Demos will be provided via Zoom. No prior experience needed. Materials fee $30. This class will be held at a facility that is neither owned nor controlled by Kirkwood Community College. You will be expected to follow the COVID-19 safety protocols determined and set by the operator of the facility where the class is being held or the organization running the class and all attendees will be required to sign a release removing Kirkwood from any liability and attendees will assume the risks related to the spread or exposure of COVID-19. Registration is required prior to the class start date. Red Shoe Run & Walk 5K
<p>The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois is proud to host the 37th Annual Red Shoe Run & Walk 5K. This event raises important funds and awareness of our goal to keep families close to each other and the care they need, when they need it most. <strong>The 5K event features options to run, walk, or participate virtually. </strong></p><p>NOTICE: The 2021 Red Shoe Run <strong>may be switched to all virtual </strong>depending on the status of COVID-19. </p><p>This family-friendly event is open to runners and walkers of all skill levels!
