Whisky Appreciation: World Whisky

Explore how local laws can affect the production and taste of whiskey from across the world. Review the distillation and fermentation process, discuss the difference between blended whiskey and single malt whisky, and investigate distilleries from around the globe. Learn about whiskey and food pairing principles and end the course with a delightful tasting of Asia and European whisky. Must be 21 or older. Materials fee $25 payable to instructor at class.
