Thai Dumpling and Steamed Rice Dumplings

Originally a Chinese dish, these yummy little dumplings have become a solid part of the Thai food culture. In this class we will learn how to wrap Thai dumplings and create a delicious sauce that will accentuate them. We will use a traditional Asian-style steamer and enjoy our creations fresh out of the steamer.
