All About Croissants
- 6 - 8 p.m.
- Ages 17+
A well-made croissant is a hard to find and a tricky skill to master, but once you learn to make them, there is no going back. In this class, you will learn the basics of what makes a croissant so special and learn how to make them, from scratch, in your own home. Come learn about laminated dough! You will leave the class with a tray of croissants to bake fresh the next morning. Don’t forget to bring your baking sheet with you to class so you can bring the croissants home with you.
