Event Description

With ADHD, your mind moves fast. Like .... FAST.  It can move so fast that the rest of you struggles to keep up!  Discover and discuss strategies that can help you thrive with ADHD.

One of the things I've learned over the past year is that if you are an adult with ADHD, or even if you think you MIGHT be, NO ONE in the area is sharing the information you need to know.

What's the science? What do we all have in common? Why should we not feel guilty if we choose to take medication? What strategies can we use to make our lives easier?

Find out what you need to know! "When Your Brain Lives In The Fast Lane" is the first in a series of talks that will give you the tools you need to accept yourself exactly as you are!

We will start by building an understanding of ADHD, and about ways in which it is misunderstood. Then learn about getting diagnosed, and why life has been harder than it needed to be. Finally we will look at different methods of effective treatment options, lay a foundation for learning necessary skills, and begin to learn ways to apply those skills. This seminar is the first in a series, so also bring your ideas about what you would like to learn about!

Sunday, January 27, 1:30-4:30

Tickets are only $20 in Advance, $30 At The Door (Value: $400) via Eventbrite
