ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course

Earn the National Restaurant Association Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification for food managers. Topics covered include: foodborne illness, time and temperature control, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, HACCP, food safety, preparation and serving, cross-contamination, and government regulations. This one-day review course will end with the ServSafe® Manager Certification exam.
Please read: Students need to purchase the ServSafe® Manager Book with Answer Sheet (ISBN – 978-0134812335) in preparation for this course and exam. The content of the textbook will be reviewed in class before taking the exam. Students should bring both their textbook and the exam answer sheet to class. Students that do not bring their answer sheet will be unable to take the exam in class. The class will break at 12 pm for a 1-hour lunch break.
