The Chef’s Table: Entree Basics

From grilling to braising, duck to lamb, and sauces to chutneys, Entrée Basics will teach students how to prepare three classic high-end entrees. Take all four of The Chef’s Table courses for a discounted tuition by enrolling in the series. Ages 18 and up.
