Where: McLeod Barn

Help Trees Forever plant 100 native trees for pollinators during Earth Week Blitz—by adopting a tree for your back or front yard!

Trees Forever and Monarch Zones is working to establish 10,000 acres of pollinator habitat in Linn County, and your yard can be a part of these efforts. On Earth Day, we are offering some of the top pollinator trees for a $15 - $50 adoption fee (dependent on species).  These are top quality native and Iowa grown trees, and we’re able to offer these at a low price thanks to our partners.

Trees and shrubs will range in height from 3'-8' at the time of pick up. Plants will be available for adoption on a first come first served basis. Limit TWO plants per person.

Please bring your receipt with you to pick up your tree or shrub and note that any plant not claimed by 7 p.m. on Monday, April 22 will be planted at Monarch Research Project or other location selected by Trees Forever.
