The Panel. The Gazette Business Editor Michael Chevy Castranova will moderate a panel of core district specialists. “A community’s core is its heart -- as a tax base, a gathering place, as its public face to attract new businesses and workers,” Castranova said. “Its health and future is everyone’s concern.”
