Herbs & Tea for Caregivers and Care Receivers

The Family Caregivers Center of Mercy is offering an educational session on herbs and tea at 901 8th AVE SE in Cedar Rapids. Learn how and where to grow herbs. Judy Bemer, Linn County Master Gardener, will introduce some a variety of herbs and discuss how to use them. Learn about the history of the American Tea Party from caregiver Dianne Osmun and discuss herbal teas available today. Tea and herbal goodies will be served to enjoy with the class. Both caregivers and care receivers are invited. Registration is required.
