Enjoy the Levantine style of cooking with Chef Eta Burken, including an abundance of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, lamb, fish, and phyllo desserts. Some of our favorite foods originate in Lebanon and are found around the Mediterranean including hummus, baba ganoush, kofta, baklava, and more.
