Vegan Indian Cuisine: Dal Tadka (Lentils) and Vegetable Korma

Dal tadka is a flavorful lentil preparation. Cooked Dal lentils are tempered adding spices like cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic, chilies, curry leaves, and more to hot oil, or ghee. Vegetable korma is a delectable, creamy coconut vegetable curry, and is the tastiest way to eat your veggies. It has potatoes, carrots, beans, and green peas simmered in aromatic spices.
