A Good Night’s Sleep Explored at Lifetree Café
- 12 - 1 p.m.
- All Ages
How to get a better night’s sleep will be discussed at Lifetree Café on Friday, Nov. 15, at NOON
The program, titled “Zzzz…Practical Help for Getting a Better Night’s Sleep,” features a filmed interview with Kat Duff, the author of The Secret Life of Sleep.
“Insufficient sleep has been called the number-one killer in the western world,” said Duff. Sleep experts estimate that nearly 75 percent of adults experience sleep-disorder symptoms at least a few nights per week.
Participants will get practical tips for getting a good night’s rest, explore the cost of insufficient sleep, consider benefits of a good night’s sleep, and discover the truth about common myths about sleep.
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Lifetree Café is located at 2500 29th Ave. (inside Lutheran Church of the Resurrection).
