2020 CRFD Safety Scoop-Managing Stress During a Pandemic

The current stressors of COVID-19 are effecting the entire world. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions are influenced by this pandemic. With the loss of our loved ones, the loss of income, and the separation of our families, the drastic changes in church services, schools, and businesses we can learn to manage and cope the complicated stressors with some key tools to help guide us in the days ahead. During this gathering, Dr James Coyle, Chaplain for the CRFD and CRPD, will give us 10 tools to help us through these difficult times.

Free and open to the public. For questions,  call 319.286.5166.
