CRFD Safety Scoop - Disaster Preparation. 11:00 am - 12:00 pm February 26, 2020

Steve M. O’Konek, Coordinator, Linn County Emergency Management Agency, will discuss how participants can prepare for natural or man-made disasters by providing tips, tricks and ideas to help people be prepared should disaster strike. Some topics included in the presentation:  How to be prepared by having a plan, using tools to help be ready and personal preparedness such as medications, pets. 

Central Fire Station - 713 First Avenue SE. Safety Scoop is free and open to the public.  Refreshments provided, parking limited.  Optional tour offered after the presentation.  Call 319.286.5166 for questions or accommodations.
