Mastering Sauces II

Creating sauces is often an overlooked and underappreciated aspect of cooking, but all chefs know that sauces are a vital part of all great dishes. Learn the foundations of sauce making and the techniques to make them taste great every time. Students in this course will learn to prepare velouté, espagnole, and hollandaise. Skill level: Intermediate.
