Artisan Bread Basics: Fermentation and Starters

In this class, we will talk about what is going on inside a sourdough starter and how to begin and maintain your own at home. Learn what to look for in a healthy starter, how to properly feed a starter, and how to make your own from scratch. After we make some sourdough starters in class, we will try out a few recipes.
