On March 17, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds declared a statewide public health disaster emergency in response to the state's coronavirus outbreak. The proclamation includes the restriction of in-person gatherings of 10 or more people along with the temporary closing of several businesses in the arts, culture and entertainment sector.

Most of the public gatherings listed on the Hoopla calendar are canceled or postponed through the end of April. Please check with event organizers to confirm the status of events you see listed.

Event Description

Come taste the many food traditions of our community!
Don't miss out on this free event at the Coralville Public Library on Friday, March 27, where you'll enjoy a sampling of tasty dishes from around the globe, selected and prepared by your neighbors.

The event will feature live music and fun activities for all.

This event is made possible by the Coralville Public Library, Coralville Community Food Pantry, Global Food Project, Miriam Girls Club, and an array of community groups and individuals with a passion for showcasing their cultural traditions. This is what makes our community great! All are welcome!
