On March 17, Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds declared a statewide public health disaster emergency in response to the state's coronavirus outbreak. The proclamation includes the restriction of in-person gatherings of 10 or more people along with the temporary closing of several businesses in the arts, culture and entertainment sector.

Most of the public gatherings listed on the Hoopla calendar are canceled or postponed through the end of April. Please check with event organizers to confirm the status of events you see listed.

Event Description

This year the Coralville Community Food Pantry is bringing some New Orleans jazz to Coralville. The Dandelion Stompers will headline this year's "Music for Meals" benefit concert--an important event that raises vital funds needed to help the food pantry continue to transform Coralville into a place that is free of hunger.

Guests will enjoy food, drinks (wine & beer available for purchase), a silent auction, and live music showcasing the likes of the Dandelion Stompers as well as The Soft & Low.

If purchased before May 14, tickets are $25/person. Groups of 8 can reserve a VIP Table for $225, which includes 8 complimentary drink tickets, and 8 silent auction $5 coupons.

Tickets are the door are $30/person.
