Do you want to spend an evening in a fine-dining French restaurant and order the best possible meal? This class will let you do so from the comfort of your home! You will learn how to prepare and cook the best cut of beef, filet mignon, which will be served with scrumptious fondant potatoes. And this will all be elevated with an outstanding earthy wine sauce, called demi-glace. Our chef will lead you step-by-step through all parts of the preparation of this meal, and your efforts will be rewarded with a master-chef-quality meal!
