Vegetarian Pasta from Scratch

- Ages 17+
There is no need to incorporate meat into a meal to enjoy a great pasta recipe. In this class we will prepare creamy fettuccine alfredo with asparagus, and spaghetti aglio e olio. All will be from scratch, and the pasta will be prepared by utilizing KitchenAid mixers with pasta attachments (or optionally with a manual pasta machine).
