Geek Out About... Planting Trees

Many Eastern Iowans are thinking about planting trees to replace those lost during the derecho. But how do you find out what type of tree would be best? Master Gardener Mike Anderson will discuss trees that best suit the Midwest and make excellent additions to the home landscape.

Hear from local experts sharing insights on subjects they are passionate about in this new series entitled “Geek Out About…” The events will be hosted online via Zoom on the second Friday of the month at noon and are expected to last about 1 hour. There is no cost to participate.
