Yoga for Mental Health

Experience a 45-minute gentle flow yoga class taught by a licensed therapist and yoga instructor. Throughout the class you will learn techniques for reducing stress, releasing tension in the body, and achieving balance.
The instructor for this class is Erin Duncan, MA, tLMFT, RYT, a therapist with us at Covenant Family Solutions. She often teaches the importance of breathing in her therapy sessions to improve mindfulness and to help those she works with discover the importance of being present in each moment. This yoga class offers a way for people to gain many of these helpful skills while working on their physical health.
In person and online options available. In person spots are limited.
