Gentle Yoga for Beginners

Plant your feet on the earth and “grow” your yoga practice at the beautiful urban farm! Unwind and release the day’s tension with 60 minutes of gentle movement and stretching. Life can be stressful and hectic. This slow moving class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis looking to push “pause” and find stillness in this fast-paced world. This class is free and open to the public! Please bring a yoga mat and a beach towel. If you don’t have a yoga mat, please bring two towels.
About Missy Buesing: Yoga is not just what I do, it is part of who I am. It keeps me grounded when life gets challenging. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Northern Virginia in 2013 and taught in a small studio for a few years. When my family moved to Cedar Rapids 4 years ago, I found Toula Yoga where I teach Hatha, and became certified to teach Prenatal Yoga.
