Tour the area's best new & remodeled homes at the Greater Cedar Rapids Spring 2022 Parade of Homes!
The Parade of Homes is an annual event the Greater Cedar Rapids Housing & Building Association organizes and produces to offer potential home buyers and current homeowners the opportunity to view many of the area’s best new and remodeled homes and exciting new neighborhoods. Visitors to our parade will discover unique homes and floor plans, beautiful communities, the latest in interior design trends and home technology, exterior finishes, outdoor living, and landscaping that will inspire. If you are looking for a new home or thinking about building or remodeling, the Parade of Homes is the perfect place to start your search!
Several parade homes will be open as usual, offering in-person tours May 14 & 15, 12-5 pm, May 19, 5-8 pm, May 21 & 22, 12-5 pm. However, with an ongoing supply chain crisis, labor shortages and an incredible housing market, other parade homes will not be open to the public but can be viewed through a virtual tour online.
Tickets available at each parade home for $10. Or get a discounted ticket at local Casey's General Stores for $9. Children 12 & under FREE.
We are "Building Our Community" by Giving Back! A portion of each ticket sold will be donated to a local nonprofit, WRAP, the Wheelchair Ramp Accessibility Program. WRAP’s mission is to provide affordable, flexible home access on a timely basis for individuals in our community. WRAP opens doors to independence with custom wheelchair ramps that helps those in need to safely enter and leave their homes.
While touring the homes, make sure you sign up for our incredible giveaways: an EdgeStar Beverage Cooler, courtesy of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery; a Weber Gas Grill, courtesy of Collins Community Credit Union; and a Shark ION Robotic Vacuum, courtesy of Randy’s Flooring.
