Event Description

Meditation In person at Center or Zoom. Brenda Cloud, personal trainer, will help participants learn the basics of meditation and how to use it to reduce stress. She will demonstrate basic techniques, such as correct breathing and posture. Following the explanation, she will lead a brief meditation demonstration. Registration required.
