International Observe the Moon Night

On October 1, 2022 Cedar Amateur Astronomers invite you to join us for International Observe the Moon Night at the Eastern Iowa Observatory and Learning Center, 1365 Ivanhoe Road south west of Mt Vernon. Featuring a presentation by club member Mr. Doug Slauson this event is free and open to all ages. Kids can explore additional activities in the lower level and weather permitting we will enjoy views of our moon and other wonders of the night sky through the club's magnificent telescopes.
