Event Description
Join us for our second annual Ho Ho Ho in NewBo holiday shopping and dining spectacle on Thursday, December 8 between 5 and 8pm in Cedar Rapids’ historic New Bohemia neighborhood. Over 16 brick-and-mortar retail businesses, plus NewBo City Market and local restaurants will be open to spread local holiday cheer.
Several activities are planned, including an appearance by Santa Claus, the Iowa Running Company annual Christmas Carol Run, and a gift-wrapping station inside CSPS Hall. Many of the participating businesses will offer drinks and seasonal snacks, and Chrome Horse, Parlor City, and NewBo City Market Beer & Wine will each offer drink specials. In addition, the neighborhood is sponsoring a White Out game based loosely on a BINGO coverall with the winners receiving valuable prizes.
