Guided Meditation at the Grant Wood Studio: What Moves The Heart

Chunghi Choo's exhibition "Visionary", running until October 3rd, 2023, provides access to the spirit of "fluid dynamism", and lends us a glimpse into understanding what forces shape and move us most. Noelle Holmes of Illuminations Healing Arts Center will lead you through this guided meditation, perfect for anyone from beginners to experienced meditators. Space is limited, so sign up early.
