Event Description
The Gazette launched Excellence in the Arts in 2023 to create an experience that would celebrate students making incredible contributions in the arts. This program includes telling the stories of student artists as well as those making an impact in the Eastern Iowa community.
A night of celebration is planned for April 22nd, 6:30 PM at CSPS Hall. Join The Gazette for an evening that will recognize eight distinct students doing incredible things in the arts community, and enjoy area performances from The Washington Warriorettes, The Pink Slips, Kevin "BF" Burt. L.D. Kidd will also be honored this evening through the Youth Advocate Award.
