Have a genealogy brick? In this Roots Tech video Crista Cowan, Ancestry Corporate Genealogist, Diahan Southard, Genetic Genealogy Expert and Educator, and Janet Hovorka, a genealogy instructor, team up to outline steps to help solve those brick walls. 
The instructors use audience participation to explain their five steps: spotlight, clues, sift, map and dig. Those watching this video can also participate at home by making a note stating their brick wall question and any information you have already uncovered. Following the presenter’s guidance you will discover a method that may provide the answer to your question.
