Charles Dickens has become one of the greats of English literature and has been read by millions around the world. His works have been made into many films and radio plays, in fact many of the phrases from his novels have entered into the everyday language of many. In Mr. Dickens’ appearance at The Granger House Victorian Museum, he will recount some parts of his life story, together with some readings from his novels, especially his classic, A Christmas Carol. Where would Christmas be without Mr. Dickens and his great story of Ebenezer Scrooge and Tiny Tim?
