The Chef’s Table: Appetizers and Knife Basics

The Appetizers and Knife Basics class focuses on preparing elegant appetizers and understanding the difference between various types of kitchen knives. This course emphasizes proper knife usage and safely preforming various knives cuts, all while students prepare three classic appetizers. Take all four of The Chef’s Table courses for a discounted tuition by enrolling in the series. Please bring a chef's knife, an apron and tupperware to take you work home.
