Event Description

Soups and salads can oftentimes be overlooked during the dining experience.  Come learn to set the table for a great meal and explore the basics of various greens, homemade dressings, and thickening sauces as you prepare three classic soups and salads.  Take all four of The Chef’s Table courses for a discounted tuition by enrolling in the series. Please bring a chef's knife, an apron and tupperware to take you work home.
