Savoring India: Exploring its Colors and Tastes

Explore the wonderful flavors of India; learn the variety of spices used in Indian cuisine and how to use them properly. We’ll make corn fritters, rice with peas, a simple tiki masala, and Indian puddings. Enjoy condiments that enhance Indian meals, from the creamy cucumber raita to delicious chutneys.
“Double Your Fun” offerings are priced for two participants. Only one person has to register and pay for the class.
