Enjoy curling up with a good book during Iowa’s cold, snowy winters? Then come join us a Prairie Lights book Store and coffee House in downtown Iowa City. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the program presented by Jan Weissmiller, Jan will tell us about the book store including its history. W We will also learn about the internationally known reading series “Live for Prairie Lights”, and included is a tour of the store. After the program there will be time to browse the 3 1/2 floors of the store. You’re certain to find something to our taste. If you have grandchildren don’t forget to check out the children’s book section downstairs. You won’t go away empty-handed!
Meet on the 3rd floor of Prairie Lights Book Store located at 15 South Dubuque St. Iowa City, Iowa. You can park on the street (this is Spring Break week) or Tower Place Parking ramp @ 1 South Gilbert, located one block east of Prairie Lights.
