Street Foods of Thailand: Pad Thai and Pork Satay

One of the most well known Thai dishes, Pad Thai combines many flavors and ingredients to create a dish that encompasses the four cornerstones of Thai cuisine: hot, sweet, salty, and sour. Consisting of marinated pork, satay is traditionally cooked over charcoal and served with various sauces.
