Scrapmania Description

Established in 2005, Scraptopia began in the small town of Traer, IA. The name changed to Scrapmania in 2007 which it has been ever since. When a local store in Cedar Rapids closed in late 2012, I decided the town still had a need for a local store. I began looking into building in Hiawatha and Cedar Rapids, but never found the perfect location. In the Spring of 2013, I found a couple smaller shops in little towns closing, so I bought their fixtures and inventory. This included a laser cutter which allowed me the ability to cut my own die cuts, make acrylic and chipboard albums, ornaments, etc. Shortly after I contacted Kelly at Scrapmania about purchasing her existing business and growing it. I then found an existing building that needed a new tenant! From there, everything fell into place! I am excited to announce that what was once a 1300 sq foot store in Traer is now a 3000 sq ft mega store located at 224 Collins Road NE in Cedar Rapids, the former Porters Camera location. I want Scrapmania to be your local store!! Scrapmania has tons of custom items that you will not find at other stores. I am happy to order items, so please ask about items that you do not currently see in the store. Scrapmania aims to be different than the other stores in the area, so if you have a stamp, die, or paper brand that you love, tell me about it and I would love to check into ordering more for you!
