Bistro on the River's mission is to be the place where people meet. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience across the board not only with excellent food and beverages but also with customer service and a clean comfortable atmosphere. To facilitate this mission, Chef Hannah has chosen PTs Coffee Roasting Company, an award winning roaster as the provider of coffee. Along with exceptional ingredients for an all from scratch menu, Bistro On The River will also offer craft beers from many local breweries, fabulous wines and a great location in a historic building downtown within walking distance of many of the city's major businesses and attractions.
