A Cedar Rapids tradition since 1980, 'Follies' is a music, comedy and dance revue spectacular that thrills longtime fans and new audiences alike. This family-friendly annual extravaganza is original each year, produced locally, and features amazing talent from right here in the Corridor. All proceeds of this annual event benefit the Gene Whiteman Follies Scholarship Fund which awards educational support to deserving students in the area who are preparing for careers in the performing arts or arts education. Groups from across the state travel in busloads each year to see their old favorites and fresh faces. They never fail to leave without a smile on their face and a skip in their step. Follies has something for everyone.
