That dash is meant to be your legacy. Dash Coffee Roasters is passionate about coffee and community. We will strive to offer the highest quality of coffee products in the area, accompanied by modern takes on classic foods and a great atmosphere. The driving force of Dash is that “good enough isn't good enough.” Cedar Rapids new roaster will introduce the freshest coffee in the Corridor market, brewed by a staff educated on the intricacies of the coffee bean as it goes from seed to cup. The new business will provide a welcoming space for a developing community to meet and mingle while enjoying great coffee and food. The ownership team of Dash has developed their passion through over 25 years of food service industry experience, including 9 in coffee shops. Phil Davidson successfully owned and managed a cafe in Ottumwa, Iowa, followed by spending over 3 years managing a coffee shop and roasting company in North Liberty, Iowa. Rebecca Davidson has a wealth of experience in start-up businesses, being a part of 6. She also has managed multiple coffee shop locations in the Iowa City area.
