Cultivate Hope Urban Farm Description
The first urban farm in Iowa. Operated by Matthew 25, an independent, local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, that works to help strengthen and elevate neighborhoods on the west side of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It is a highly innovative and collaborative organization that partners with others to work in three program areas: Food, Housing, and Education.
