Cancellation policy: Cork N Canvas Iowa offers an art instruction and entertainment event that can be compared to a concert or theater event. We realize that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot. Due to credit card fees, no refunds are issues, but you can move your ticket to another event 24-hours or more prior to your scheduled class . Due to the time it takes to prepare the class, NO store credit is given for last minute cancellations or no shows. Your ticket is fully transferrable, however, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence. Cancellations should be made by email only.
