Please note: Events are 18 and over only, events are for adults and will contain adult language and content. By the end of the night, you will be amazed at the artwork you have created on a 16x20 canvas! Food and Drink are additional, please no outside food or drink. Class is at 2:00pm on Sunday. (don't be late) Classes are limited in size, please make sure to buy your ticket to make sure you have a spot.</p><p>***Cancellation policy: Cork N Canvas Iowa offers an art instruction and entertainment event that can be compared to a concert or theater event. We realize that unforeseen things happen, but we also would appreciate the time to offer the seat to others and fill the spot. Due to credit card fees, no refunds are issues, but you can move your ticket to another event 24-hours or more prior to your scheduled class. Due to the time it takes to prepare the class, NO store credit is given for last minute cancellations or no shows. Your ticket is fully transferable, however, and you may let someone of your own choosing use your ticket in your absence. Cancellations should be made by email only. Fire Safety for Seniors

Don’t be another statistic! This class will cover a variety of important fire safety information you should know along with steps you can take to help reduce your chances of being the next victim. Attendees will also learn the basics needed to select and properly utilize a fire extinguisher in their home, with the opportunity for all to participate in a hands-on live fire extinguisher demonstration at the end. The goals of the program are to focus on older adults’ safety, reduce their vulnerability to fire, injury or crime and connect them with available community resources. Coggon Fire and Rescue Benefit Dinner
<p>Coggon Fire and Rescue Association will be having a benefit dinner on October 28, serving 5:00-7:30 pm. This will be a freewill donation event that is dine-in or carryout. Served will be pork chops grilled by Delaware County Pork Producers, baked potato, garlic green beans, dinner roll, and dessert. Money raised will help Coggon firefighters and EMS with equipment, training, and support services. This will be held at the Coggon Fire Station, 101 N.
