Concert: "Stories" performed by Brent Mead
<p>The trombone recital <em>Stories</em> brings a concert experience to students, musicians, and community members by performing new music framed by stories from my life. Hearing a story of loss, grief, struggle, hope, and victory can be inspiring and touching. This recital combines spoken word with musical compositions written to capture the human experience. By the end of the performance, audience members will go through an emotional journey that not only will connect them with me but have their struggles validated by shared experiences. Art in the Park
<p dir="ltr">Join us on July 30th for Art in the Park as we acknowledge all things art in Wellington Heights. </p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">On this day we will celebrate through performances and demonstrations, activities, and booths with art for sale showcasing artists and their art form. Food, fun and community building are part of the day, too! </p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Getting a diverse and eclectic group of people together to appreciate and celebrate art while at the same time honoring the wonderful and historical neighborhood of Wellington Heights is what the day is all about. </p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">For those interested in sponsoring the event, we have a few different packages.
